Job Description
- Provide inside sales support utilizing live chat, telephone and email.
- Generate prospective customers through cold calling and/or receiving inbound calls.
- Follow up with sales leads, establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, and close sales.
- Provide marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Facilitate the sale of Server Intellect's products and services by serving as an informational and selling resource for the customer.
- Develop knowledge of the Web Hosting Industry and our products and services.
- Determine solutions that will best fit our customer's needs
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years inside sales experience
- Excellent Phone and Presentation Skills
- Must be Self Driven, Highly Motivated, and able to Learn Quickly
- Have a Strong work Ethic, High Likability, High Energy Level and a Positive Attitude
- Must have Great Listening Skills, a Service Mentality and Fanatical Attention to Detail
- Computer skills should include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
